The Perplexity support team consists of a small number of dedicated support professionals who are there to help with all types of questions and problems.

In some rare cases, you might want to wait for the issue to self-resolve before contacting support. For example:

  • If you encounter technical issues such as not being able to see your Threads, generate a response, or slowness in the product please consider waiting a little while before reaching out to us as these problems usually resolve within 30 minutes to a few hours.

  • To ensure optimal performance on your web browser or mobile device, follow these steps:

  1. Clear browsing data, including cookies and cached images and files

  2. Log out

  3. Restart or reinstall browser or app

  4. Log back in

If issues persist, please wait an hour before reaching out to support@perplexity.ai.

Where can I learn more about Perplexity?

We offer a variety of resources to help you get the support you need:

  • Help Center: The help center is the quickest way to get information and answers about features, plans and basic troubleshooting help. Visit the Help Center by clicking the ”?” icon at the bottom left of the screen.

  • Support Portal: Pro users can access additional support through Intercom on their settings page.

  • Community: Pro users have access to our lively community on Discord. Dedicated community managers are on hand to help with all questions and take in your feedback.
