You've entered the app and it doesn't contain your past information (like your health plan, points collected or rewards won)? No problem! Read this article to get some help.
This is probably because you just created a new account by accident. Here are the steps to get into your original one:
Go to the 'You' tab
Tap on 'Settings'
Choose 'Log-out'.
Once you're on the Log In/Sign Up screen, make sure you select Log In.
Hit the log-in method (either Email, Google or Apple) you've used before.
If you selected Email, make sure you use the exact same email you gave us when you signed up.
