Help with logging in for existing users

You've entered the app and it doesn't contain your past information (like your schedule, points accumulated or rewards won). No problem! Read this article to get some help.

This is probably because you just created a new account. Here are the steps to get into your original one:

  1. Go to the Account tab and click Log-out.

  2. Once you're in the Log In/Sign Up screen, make sure you select Log In.

  3. Hit the log-in method (either Email, Google or Facebook) you've used before.

  4. If you selected Email, make sure you use the exact same email you gave us when you signed up.

  5. If you don't remember your password, click 'Don't remember your password?' at the bottom of the screen. After entering your email, thoroughly check your inbox for an email from us. Please be aware this email can go to Spam/Junk.
