By default, you don’t need to log in or unlock the app every time you open it. However, if you’d like an extra layer of security, you can enable biometric authentication (Face ID or fingerprint unlock) for faster and more secure access.

Here’s how to turn it on:

How to Enable Biometric Login

  1. Go to Account (bottom left corner of the display).

  2. Open Settings.

  3. Look for Biometric Authentication (wording may vary depending on your device, e.g., Touch ID for iPhones, Face ID, or Fingerprint Authentication for Android).

  4. Toggle Enable to activate biometric login.

Once enabled, you’ll be able to unlock the app quickly using your face or fingerprint instead of manually entering your password.

💡 Tip
If you ever want to turn it off, just follow the same steps and toggle Disable instead.

Why Enable Biometric Login?

Extra security – Keeps your health data private.

Easy to use – Works with your phone’s built-in Face ID or fingerprint reader.

If you have any issues setting this up, check that biometric authentication is enabled on your device settings or contact support for assistance.
