Each time you open the app you are required to log in/unlock the app. We made this the default because we really care about the security and privacy of your health data. 🔐
However, we understand if you feel like you don't need this extra layer of security. For this reason, we give you the option to ‘Enable’ or ‘Disable’ this unlock requirement.
Here is how you can manage this option:
Go to Account (bottom left corner of the display)
Go to Settings
Enable/Disable authentication using face reading or fingerprint (exact wording will vary depending on device type, e.g. Touch ID or Face ID Authentication for Apple devices).
