Want to feel rewarded for achieving your daily step goals? Look no further.
To do this:
- Go to Plan 
- If not already selected, go to Schedule 
- Tap the Add Task button 
- Select Daily step goal 
- Choose your daily steps goal and, if you're asked to, connect to Google Fit or Apple Health. 
That's it!
Apple Health or Google Fit will be tracking your steps every day and sending that to the app automatically so you can start achieving your activity goals!
