Just won a reward? Congratulations, you earned it! 🎉
When you first go to view your rewards under Rewards > My Rewards, you'll see that your prize is Ready to Claim. You can also see the total value you have won in each category (for example, here the user has won a total of $5 from Priceline that have not yet been claimed).
A reward that you have just won will be under the 'Ready to Claim' section. To find the 'Ready to Claim' section, follow the steps below:
Tap on the 'Rewards' button in the navigation tab at the bottom of the screen
If not already selected, tap on 'My Rewards' near the top-left of the screen
You will see a green bar that says 'Ready to Claim'. Rewards under this section are just a step away from turning into a gift card that you can use!
This means that you have credit available for this store, which you can turn into a gift card! All you have to do is claim your voucher.
Once you have claimed a voucher, an e-Gift card with a barcode will then be generated, and moved to the Ready to Use section. Gift card under Ready to Use are ready to be scanned at checkout (check Terms & Conditions to see if you can use it online, in-store, or both!).
