We understand how frustrating it can be to have a reward declined 😞 The most common reason this happens is because the photo taken for medication tasks was of poor quality and the scheduled medications noted in the app were not visible. 👀
To avoid this and get your well-deserved rewards are approved, make sure that:
Medication is clearly visible in photo
There is good lighting (use your camera’s flash if necessary)
Alternatively, if you have already taken your medication, we also accept photos of the boxes or containers that your medication came from. Remember that you can also always retake photos before submitting!
