Submitting a Bill of Materials (BOM)

For full project sourcing, submit your entire bill of materials and we'll price the complete package — including freight — in one quote.

What to Include

  1. Product names or manufacturer part numbers (MPNs) — be as specific as possible

  2. Quantities for each line item

  3. Brand preferences — or tell us if you're open to alternatives

  4. Delivery zip code — so we can calculate freight

  5. Project timeline — when do you need delivery?

How to Submit

  • Chat: Paste your BOM directly in the chat (plain text, CSV, or a list works)

  • Email: Send to sales@pes.supply (attach spreadsheets, PDFs, or paste in the email body)

  • Phone: Call 888-876-0007 during supply desk hours (Mon-Fri 8AM-6PM CT)

What Happens Next

  1. We review your BOM and check availability across our 300+ manufacturer network

  2. You receive a single itemized quote with product pricing and freight

  3. We flag any items that are discontinued, backordered, or have better alternatives

  4. Once approved, we process the order and arrange shipping through Portlandia Logistics

Why Submit a BOM Instead of Ordering Individually?

  • Better freight rates — bundling everything into one shipment saves significantly on shipping

  • System compatibility — we check that all components work together (panels, inverters, racking, batteries, electrical)

  • Single point of contact — one quote, one order, one tracking number

  • Volume discounts — bulk orders qualify for additional pricing breaks

We force suppliers to itemize down to individual fasteners — nothing is hidden in a lump sum. You see every line item and its cost.
