We offer a smooth and appreciated subscription service, which comes with many benefits. In this articles we go through how to start a subscription and the most frequently asked questions.

How do I start a Petgood subscription?

Starting a subscription with Petgood is easy and appreciated by many of our customers. Here is a step-by-step guide:

  1. Type of product: Start by visiting our website and click on the product you wish to subscribe to.

  2. Size: If the subscription concerns food, you will be able to choose exactly how many kg of food you wish to receive in each delivery. If you are unsure about how much your pet needs, you can take a look at our feeding recommendation table, which can be found on each of the product pages (among the product images). The tables will give a recommended amount of food per day (in dl) and per month (in kg). Remember that we offer four different kinds of complete and balanced pet foods; for adult dogs and for puppies, and for adult cats and for kittens. The different feeding tables are based on different factors, therefore it is important that you look in the correct feeding table.

  3. Delivery frequency: On each product page you will be able to choose Subscription and then how often you wish to receive delivery (delivery frequency); every month, every two months or every three months.

  4. Cart and checkout: Add the product to the cart. You can then choose to add more products to your subscription or go directly to checkout.

  5. Information and delivery: On the checkout page, it is time to fill in your contact and delivery information. When subscribing, we always offer free home delivery, however if you prefer to have your package delivered to a pick-up-point instead, you are more than welcome to send us an email and we will change the delivery method for you.

  6. Payment: The last step to create a subscription is to fill in your card details. At the moment, we only offer card payment for subscriptions (not Klarna or invoice, which are offered for one-time purchases). When the information is filled in, click Pay now. Your order will then be processed and you may need to confirm your purchase with a bank ID.

  7. Confirmation of your subscription: When the purchase has gone through, a confirmation page will be displayed. This order confirmation will also be sent to the email address you specified. Remember to check your spam folder if you have not received your order confirmation. If you suspect that you have entered the wrong email, just contact us and we will help you further.

As soon as your subscription has been created, the order will start to process immediately. Usually the order is sent from our warehouse the same day or the next business day. After that, it takes about 2-6 working days before the package is delivered. As soon as the package has been sent, you will be able to follow it via the tracking link sent out via e-mail, SMS or via the carrier's app.

Frequently askes questions

Will I receive a reminder when it is time for my subscription to renew?

A few days before your subscription is scheduled to be renewed, you will receive a reminder sent to your e-mail. If you wish to make changes to the subscription and the scheduled order, you can log in to your Petgood account.

How will I be charged for the next delivery?

When it is time for the next delivery, you will be charged using the same payment method as the one you filled in when you signed up for the subscription. You can change this information by editing your subscription under you Petgood account.

Where can I make changes to my subscription in the future?

You can easily adjust your subscription by logging in to your account - no binding times. Read more about changes you can make to your account here.
