To which countries do you deliver?
At the moment we deliver to Sweden, Belgium, the Netherlands, Finland, Denmark, Austria, the Czech Republic, Luxembourg, Poland, Slovakia, Germany, Bulgaria, Croatia, France, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania. We hope to open up for more countries in the future.
We also offer our products through selected retailers (both physical retailers and online retailers) around the EU. You can find our physical retailers here.
How long is the delivery time?
The delivery time is usually 2-6 business days depending on where you live in the EU, what you ordered and when you placed your order. Remember that holidays and weather conditions can affect this.
What is the shipping cost?
The shipping cost for one-time purchase orders starts at 4.95 EUR and depends on the delivery option you choose and where you live. Add the products you want to purchase, go to checkout and add your address, to see your delivery cost.
We offer free shipping on subscription orders over 50 EUR to all Nordic countries.
What delivery options do you offer?
We offer a range of different delivery options, both home delivery and delivery to a Service Point. Some of the transportation partners we work with are Airmee, Budbee, Postnord, Bring, DHL, UPS.
One-time purchases: The shipping options will be displayed at checkout when you make a one-time purchase. The options available will depend on where you live and the size of your shipment.
Subscription orders: When you start a subscription, the shipping method is automatically chosen based on your location and order size. If you're located in an area served by Airmee or Budbee, your package will be delivered directly to your door by one of these partners. If you're outside their coverage area, your package will be sent to a Service Point. If you have any specific requests, feel free to contact us via chat or email.
Can I track my order?
As soon as your order has been confirmed, we will start to process it. Usually the order is sent the same day or the next business day. As soon as the package has left our warehouse, you will be able to follow it via the tracking link sent out via e-mail, SMS or via the transporter's app. Through the tracking link, you will also be able to make certain choices regarding the delivery of your order, for example adjusting the delivery window for home delivery.
Do you have problems with a delivery or are you missing your order?
The delivery time is usually 2-6 business days depending on where you live in the EU, what you ordered and when you placed your order. Keep in mind that if your order is placed on a weekend, it will first be sent on the next business day, which may mean that it takes a few extra days for the package to be delivered. Also remember that holidays and weather conditions can affect the delivery time.
If you have waited for your order for more than a week and you have not received any information regarding where the package is, we recommend that you first check the tracking link that you received via e-mail, SMS or via the transport's app. If the information has not been updated or shows incorrect information, please contact us and we will help you further. In some cases, you can also contact the transporter yourself, for example via Airmee's app where you can chat with their support directly (even in the evening) and thus get help faster.
