Information about payment options and potential problems

On Petgood's website, we offer both one-time purchases and the option to start a flexible subscription. We offer different payment options depending on whether you choose a one-time purchase or whether you choose to start a subscription, which we will go through in this article.

Payment options for one-time purchases

For one-time purchases, you have several payment methods to choose from:

  • Klarna: for one-time purchases you can choose between Klarna's payment options (if available in your country) such as invoice, direct payment, pay later or Swish.

  • Card: in addition to Klarna, you can choose to pay your one-time purchase directly with card. Fill in your card details and the payment will be deducted directly from your debit/credit card.

Payment options for subscriptions

  • Card: When you sign up for a subscription, you fill in your card details at checkout. This card is then registered for your future subscription payments, but you can always change this if you log in to you Petgood account. At the moment we only offer payment by card for subscriptions and do not offer payment with Klarna or invoices).

Are you having problems with your subscription's payment method?

If you have problems with your payment method and your subscription cannot be renewed, please check that you have money in your account and that the correct card is registered. If you want to change the payment card for your subscription, you can log in to your account, go to the subscription and click Update payment method.
