Our client reports help you stay on top of important information to know about your clients! By default, we’re showing you how things have been trending over the last 3 months, but feel free to pick any date range that you'd like to see!
⚠️ Please note that we can’t see into the future on this one, so there are no projections available for client data unlike with other reports in your dashboard.
Client growth
You can track how your clients have grown over time — whether that's total clients in your account, just active clients with appointments in the last 90 days, or which new clients you've added in each period and how many.
Client breakdown
To help you keep tabs on your best clients, there's a handy table showing your 5 top clients by lifetime spend (since you joined PetPocketbook), and another column to show the spend during the date range you've selected. You can tap "show all" at the bottom of this chart to see a full report of all clients sorted by spend as well if you'd like to dive deeper.
We also included a map showing how your clients are dispersed by location to help identify areas of growth or evaluate how you might be able to make your day-to-day more efficient based on where your pickups are.
Vaccinations
To help you keep track of vaccinations, you can view and filter pet vaccinations by vaccine, family, and status. If you have vaccination requirements for certain services, you can filter by vaccine to run a report on who's up-to-date vs. who's not in real time. You'll also be able to search by pets or their humans to look up specific pets' vaccinations. Tap "download" for a CSV of vaccination information.
Downloading client reports
Tap download at the top right to receive CSV exports of your client reports by email. Exports reflect the date range and date grouping you've selected in the dashboard, and may be grouped by day, week, or month depending on your current view.
Your export email includes:
New clients, showing which clients were added during your selected date range and when they joined.
Active clients, showing active client counts across your selected reporting periods. This can help you identify retention trends and seasonal changes in activity.
Client spend, including lifetime spend, spend during the selected date range, and average weekly and monthly spend by client. This report identifies your highest-value clients and where your revenue comes from. It can also help you spot changes in client behavior and identify potential churn early.
Clients by location, including client contact information, pet names, and address details. Use this report to evaluate service areas, identify client clusters, plan more efficient routes, and quickly gather mailing addresses for holiday cards, thank-you notes, or client appreciation gifts.
Exports are delivered as CSV files, making it easy to sort, filter, and analyze your data in Excel, Google Sheets, or your preferred spreadsheet tool.
Note: Vaccination records are exported separately using the download button in the Vaccinations section.
