If you lose the card you can easily freeze it in the app. This will temporarily block all transactions. If you find your card again, you can easily unfreeze it in the app and start using it again. If the card doesn’t show up or if it was stolen, you can order a new card. When you order a new card, the old card will be permanently blocked.

If unauthorized transactions have been made with the card as a result of the user not protecting personal information, such as PIN code, you will be responsible for the amount, up to SEK 400.
