Yes, you can transfer money from Goals back to your P.F.C card.
Open Goals and select "Transfer", there you can choose to transfer from your savings goal and back to P.F.C. Then the money will be transferred back to the balance on your P.F.C-card. Enter the amount you want to transfer and then click "Transfer".
