The PGA has introduced a new program called PGA PGM 3.1 for Associates currently enrolled in or exploring Level 1 of PGA Associate Education. This new program is a quiz-based approach that moves away from traditional testing methods following each level of PGA Associate Education.

The new program is designed to be more interactive and engaging, with quizzes that must be completed correctly before moving on to the next segment. Associates who successfully complete all courses and quizzes within the level, attend the seminar, and have an approved portfolio will have completed the level. After completing all three levels, associates will be required to take and pass a final exam which will be comprehensive and include questions from all three levels.

The goal of this new program is to create a more seamless learning environment for associates and better prepare them for PGA Membership. Associates who have already completed Level 1 are unable to transfer into this program and will continue with PGM 3.0 through the completion of their education.
