Check-in frequency determines how often a Patient will be included in the set of Patients available for check-ins. Phamily offers several check-in frequencies so you can select the option that works for your Patients and workflow
To edit a Patient's check-in frequency, do the following:
1. Click on the Patient Profile
2. Click the Check-in Frequency chip
3. Select your desired check-in frequency
4. Click on Save Changes
How often will this Patient receive a check-in?
Twice weekly: Patients will receive 2 check-ins per 7 day period
Weekly: Patients will receive 1 check-in per 7 day period
Monthly: Patients will receive 1 check-in per 30 day period
Twice Monthly: Patients will receive 2 check-ins per 30 day period
