Phamily's automatic check-in feature sends check-in templates based on your patients' conditions, but we understand that every patient is different.
To Exclude a Patient from receiving a certain check-in do the following

1. Find the Patient you want to exclude from a Check in
2. Click on Settings in the top right
3. Click on Block Checkins
4. Search for and select the Check-in you want to exclude the Patient from
5. Once you have selected all relevant Check-ins, Click on Submit
TIP: You can see which check-in templates are blocked from the Care Management section of the patient's profile. Click on any template name to go back to the Block Checkins menu.
