Invite Team Members

How to add Providers and other team members to your Phamily account

Within Phamily, there are two categories for Team members: Providers and Care Team. Providers require an NPI number while Care team members do not.

Note: Only Program Managers have access to adding providers and inviting new team members.
If your team does not have a dedicated Program Manager Contact our Support Team at support@phamily.com to add members.

Adding a Provider

To add a Provider to your Phamily Account, do the following:​

1. Click the dropdown next to the initials in the top right

2. Click on Phamily Members

3. Click on INVITE TEAM MEMBERS in the top right

4. Enter Provider First Name

5. Enter Provider Last Name

6. Enter Provider Email Address

7. Check the "Is this member a Provider?" Box

8. Enter the Provider's 10 digit NPI Number

9. Check the Doctor box if the Provider is a Doctor

10. Click INVITE. The Provider will receive an email to set a Password.

Adding a Team Member

Before starting the invitation process, make sure you have collected the new team member's first and last name, as well as their email address, which you will use during the invitation process.

To add a Team Member to your account, do the following:

1. Click the dropdown next to the initials in the top right

2. Click on Phamily Members

3. Click on INVITE TEAM MEMBERS in the top right

4. Enter Member First Name

Enter Member First Namea

5. Enter Member Last Name

Enter Member Last Name

6. Enter Member Email Address

Enter Member Email Address

7. Click on INVITE. The member will receive an email to set a password for the account
