CM sees new message on Inbox
CM notices patient sent onboarding message, give them extra attention to welcome
CM doesn’t need to worry about marking consent or moving files over as they are available for download on patient profile on demand
CCM and PHI badges will automatically appear once the patients gives consent

More tips
Patients must enter their Last Name and DOB exactly as they are in Phamily. DOB must be entered in the MM/DD/YYYY format
Consent URLs cannot be shared between Patients. If you need to insert a consent URL into a message with a Patient, use the consent URL Smart Variable
