Each user can edit the details on their own profile. However, only Program Managers can edit the information of other users.
Editing Team Members
To edit the details of an existing Team Member, do the following:
1. Click the dropdown next to the initials in the top right
2. Click on Phamily Members
3. Find the User and click into the field you want to edit
4. Make the desired change
5. Click on SUBMIT
Deactivating a Team Member
To deactivate a member,
1. Click on the dropdown in the top right
2. Click on Phamily Members
3. Find the User you want to deactivate > click the Trashcan to the right
4. Click on CONFIRM
Note: For messages from Patients without an assigned Care Manager, go to the Care Manager All inbox.
