Ways to add users

Users join with their own login. They should not share passwords.
Advisors
Advisor users can be invited to a farm workspace and may see advisor-specific navigation when their role is set as advisor.
Employee crop-plan access
Every active employee can create and edit crop plans and plan activities by default. They can copy individual activities, copy a whole selected-season plan, save a paddock's whole season as a template, and apply (or “paste”) that template to another paddock.
Crop-plan access does not include farm setup, inventory administration or John Deere Reconcile rights. Those areas use separate permissions.
Access codes and invites
Access codes are useful when staff or advisors need to create their own login and join the farm workspace. Email invites are useful when you know the exact email address to invite.
Each user should have their own account. Do not share one password across staff, contractors or advisors.
If someone cannot access the farm
Check:
They used the correct email
The invite or access code has not expired
They selected the correct role
They are not signed into another Phase account
They are in the correct farm or organisation after login
