Native app users may need to open Phase on the web to manage billing.
Plans
Phase Pro — AUD 1,495 per year: core farm operating system, including maps, Crop Plan Studio, inventory, reports, Phase Agent and John Deere setup import.
Phase Ultra — AUD 2,495 per year: everything in Pro, plus John Deere completed-work sync, Reconcile, premium equipment features and Phase Spatial.
Trial
Phase trials are 14 days. Trial and subscription status are shown in the app.
If you need longer to get to know Phase, email support@phase.ag and we'll extend your trial so you have more time to try it, including feedlot recording.
Managing billing
Use Subscription & Billing to manage plan details, checkout and billing portal access where available.
If access does not update after payment
Refresh the app and check the correct farm workspace. Billing access is tied to the farm workspace, not just the email address.
If access is still wrong, contact support with the account email, farm name, checkout time, receipt email and a screenshot of Subscription & Billing.
Mobile billing note
Billing is managed on web. If you are using the native mobile app, open Phase in a browser and go to More → Subscription & Billing.
