What this is
Actuals Import reads an Agworld Farm Performance Report PDF and records the work that was actually completed in that season. It brings completed activities, products, rates, quantities, costs and harvest results into Phase after you review them.
Crop Plan Import can also detect and import a Farm Performance report through its newer streamlined flow. Use Actuals Import when you want the established detailed season, farm, paddock, product and What will be recorded review.

You need permission to edit crop plans and complete activities.
Export the right report from Agworld
In Agworld, open Reports → Farm Performance Report, choose the season, keep field details on and export the PDF.
At the first step in Phase, choose Farm Performance report. If you choose or upload a crop-planning report, Phase directs you to Crop Plan Import instead.
Review before recording
Upload the Farm Performance Report PDF.
Confirm the destination Season. Phase can create the season if it does not exist.
Review any source farms and choose the matching Phase farms.
For every paddock, match an existing paddock, create a new one or skip it.
For every product, match a farm product, add one from the Phase library, create a new product or skip it.
Open What will be recorded and compare the completed activities, dates, products, rates, quantities, costs and harvest result with the PDF.
Select Record as actuals only when the summary is correct.
Phase checks every paddock's extracted activities against the total printed in the report. A doesn't add up warning blocks the final import until you resolve it. On that paddock, untick a misread row, add a missing activity from the PDF with its date, products, rates and costs, or choose Import as read only after comparing the visible PDF and accepting the difference.
The source PDF is also saved in More → Documents so the original report remains with the farm history.
Avoid duplicate history
Leave Skip activities already imported before on when bringing in a report that may overlap an earlier import. Phase identifies previously imported activities and shows them in the review.
If you intentionally turn that option off, an activity already in Phase can be recorded again. Check the activity count and every “already in Phase” label before continuing.
What happens after import
Completed activities are recorded against the selected season and paddocks. Harvest rows can create yield records. New paddocks, products or the season are created only where the review says they will be.
The import records history; it does not deduct the imported products from current Inventory. Use Open reports or Open crop plans after the import to spot-check several paddocks against the PDF.
If the import finishes with problems, note the affected paddock or activity and retry only the missing work. Do not immediately import the whole report again with duplicate skipping turned off.
