To buy a Phenix basket, follow these simple steps:
Go on the homepage to see the shops who have available basket close to your location 👀
Choose the shop you want to buy from 👆
You can choose the number of baskets you want by clicking “-” or “+” 🤷
If you have a promo code, you can enter it in “use a promo code”. Do not forget to validate the code after entering it ✔️
Click in “Pay” 💸
If you already have a credit card saved on the App, you’ll just need to confirm the payment
If you don’t have a credit card saved, enter your card number, and validate your order.
Once your order confirmed, you will have a confirmation of your order in the tab “Order”, “pick-up”, and an email will be sent to you
Do not forget to validate your order in the shop by swapping the button of the order (available only during the pick-up time) 🙆
⚠️You closed the app while ordering? Don't worry, your basket is still saved, and you can still order it, if someone else did not already buy it
