Cancelling a basket has never been this easy! However, you cannot cancel a basket from a subscription. Here's how it goes:
If you haven't paid yet, you just need to hit the “cancel” button at the top right of your order page
If you have already paid, you can only cancel your basket 3 hours before the end of the pick-up time. To do so, access the “Order” tab, click on the order and cancel it. If you can still cancel the order from this page, the basket won't be charged
If you did not take your basket because you did not cancel it, you will still be charged for the basket
