In Android phones, please work in airplane mode.
In iPhones, you have an option to disable the data plan for this specific app. Please follow the instructions:
Go to 'settings'
Click on 'Cellular'
In the list of apps, search for pHi-Tech and disable the checkbox beside it.
Now the pHi-Tech app will work on wi-fi connection only.
