Who do I contact for Order Production Errors?

If you have an issue with an order, please fill out a form here, or click the link at the bottom of the Order Confirmation email. Then our support team will get in contact with you.

If products have been damaged, please also provide images of the damaged product. Support will send this to our production team to troubleshoot.

Order issues due to user error are not eligible for refund or remake (cropping, incorrect photos selected, etc.) or in cases of issues due to photo quality or incompatibility with the product type.
