Using a client account, you can view and manage assigned galleries from your photographer. In this article, we'll guide you through several ways to log into your client account.
Log in from Email
1. Client accounts can be created and galleries can be accessed through an email or link sent directly from the photographer, family, or friend. From the email, select View Gallery.
Please Note: If you do not have an account, a unique password will be provided when you first access a gallery. We recommend changing the password to a simple one for convenient access to the gallery.
2. Once you’ve entered your password, click Login to access your client account.
Log in from Gallery
1. If you are viewing the gallery as a guest and are not logged into your client account, locate and click the person icon in the top corner of the gallery’s menu. Select Login.
2. From this page, enter the email and password associated with your client account to Login and view your gallery.
Log in from Photographer’s Portfolio
1. A client account can also be accessed when viewing your photographer’s portfolio. On the portfolio page of a photographer, hover over your gallery to see a display. Click Login from the display.
Please Note: You can only log in from a portfolio page if the photographer has chosen to show the gallery on their portfolio page and if the gallery has been set to private. If the gallery is public or you have a guest link, once you enter the gallery, follow the instructions above for how to log in from the gallery.
2. From this page, enter the email and password associated with your client account to Login and view your gallery.
