The app supports devices running the current operating system version, plus the two most recent previous versions, on both iOS and Android. This helps ensure you have access to the latest features and performance improvements.
For the best scanning results, we recommend using a relatively recent device with a high-quality camera.
To confirm compatibility:
iPhone/iPad users: Check your device’s iOS version in Settings > General > About. Then make sure it matches one of the supported versions listed in the App Store.
Android users: Visit the Photomyne’s page on Google Play while logged into your Google account. Google Play will automatically indicate whether your specific device is supported.
