Google Photos doesn't save all

If not all the photos are saved in Google Photos, those are the possible explanations.

  • If you already connected your Photomyne account to Google photos and saved your scans- they will not be saved again.

  • Sometimes, all the photos are not saved to Google Photos. Unfortunately, since we do not have access to Google Photos, we cannot know the reason why it happens.

Alternatively, you may save all your scans to your camera roll and transfer your scans to your Google photos account.
