To get in touch with Photoroom customer support, send us a message from inside the Photoroom app (for instructions, see below).
On iPhone and iPad
You can contact customer support directly from the Photoroom app:
Select the Space menu.
Select Help.
Try searching for answers in the Help Center or Ask the community. If you have already tried and can't find the information you need, select Chat with Photoroom team.
Choose from:
Cancel my subscription.
This displays the Cancel subscription information in the help center. Follow the instructions in the article.
Request a refund.
Follow the on-screen instructions. If you run into a problem, try contacting support again and choose to Talk to someone instead.
Talk to someone.
Use to send a question about something else to our support team.
Use the Ask a question field to start a new conversation. Enter a description of the problem you are experiencing and include screenshots if possible. The more information you can provide, the easier it is for our support agents to help you.
Note: You can only select Ask a question if you don't have an existing conversation with support. If you already have an existing conversation, just add any additional questions to that.
The waiting time for a response from support varies depending on demand. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
On Android
You can contact customer support directly from the Photoroom app:

Follow these steps:
If you haven't tried already, look in the help center for answers. Select View help articles and search for answers.
You can also Ask the community to see if other users have the answer.
If you have already tried the above and can't find the information you need, select Contact Photoroom Team.
Use the Ask a question field to start a new conversation. Enter a description of the problem you are experiencing and include screenshots if possible. The more information you can provide, the easier it is for our support agents to help you.

To contact Photoroom from the Web App:
Log in at app.photoroom.com.
Select the help icon in the bottom-right corner.
