To use Photoroom, you need to have an account. If you don't have an account, Photoroom will create one for you when you first log in.

Note: Each Photoroom account can only be associated with one email address. For details, see Log ins with different services.

Note: Each account has its own personal workspace. You can think of that as your own project area where you can create and edit designs on your own. You may also be added to a team, where the content is shared between you and your teammates (see Introduction to Photoroom Teams).

On iPhone and iPad

To log in on the iPhone or iPad version of Photoroom:

(Video shows Photoroom on iPhone)

  1. On the Create page, select Content.

  2. Select Other options.

Note: You can create an account or log in to an account with your Apple, Facebook, or Google account if you prefer. For those, select the button and follow the on-screen instructions.

  3. Enter your email address and select Continue with Email.

  4. Get the verification code from your email and enter it in Photoroom.

Note: If you do not receive the email from Photoroom, see Magic link has not arrived

When you enter the correct code, Photoroom signs you in automatically. You can now start creating and editing content in your account.

Note: If you are a Pro user, note that your Pro subscription is related to your Apple ID or to your Google Play account, not to your Photoroom's account.

Troubleshooting

  • If the magic link does not work, open the email with a different email application, and try the link from there.

  • If you are using an Apple computer, upgrade to the latest version of the operating system and then try again.

  • On Web App: If you previously used Photoroom on mobile and can't remember the email address you used, you can find it in your account. Open the Photoroom mobile application, select Content and then look at the workspace at the top. Your Photoroom email address is shown below the workspace name. If you select the workspace, your email address is also shown at the bottom of the Switch team menu.

Photoroom on Android. A callout arrow points to the user's email address below the workspace name and also at the bottom of the Switch team menu.
