🔋 Charging Your Sensor for the First Time
Your sensor may arrive with a low or dead battery, so we recommend charging it before anything else.
Connect the included USB-C cable to your sensor
Plug the other end into a USB power adapter or a computer's USB port
Leave it to charge fully before your first use — this usually takes 1 to 2 hours
Once you're set up in the app, you'll be able to see the exact battery percentage at any time.
💡 Tips for Keeping Your Battery Healthy
A little care goes a long way:
Avoid extreme temperatures — don't leave your sensor in a hot car or freezing bag for extended periods, as this can affect battery performance over time
Charge it regularly — routine use and charging helps keep the battery in good shape
Don't leave it on charge forever — once it's full, go ahead and unplug it
