π‘ Sensor Won't Connect
Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your iPhone
Give the sensor a shake to wake it from sleep mode
Plug the sensor in briefly β this can help reset the connection
Toggle Bluetooth off and back on in your iPhone's Settings
Close the Phreno app fully and reopen it
If none of the above work, try unpairing and re-pairing the sensor in Settings β Bluetooth
π Battery Draining Quickly
Avoid leaving your sensor in extreme heat or cold (e.g. a hot car or freezing bag)
Make sure you're unplugging once fully charged
If battery life seems unusually short, contact our support team
π Data Not Showing Up
The app must be open and connected to your sensor during activity to capture data in real time
Check your connection status in the top-right corner of the app β look for the green dot
If a session is missing, check the Sessions tab and make sure it hasn't been hidden (eye icon)
π± App Crashing or Freezing
Close the app fully and reopen it
Make sure your iPhone is running iOS 17.0 or later
Check the App Store (via TestFlight) for any available updates
