Store your sensor at room temperature when not in use
Avoid leaving it in a hot car, direct sunlight, or freezing conditions for extended periods — this can affect battery health over time
When storing for a long period, make sure the battery has some charge before putting it away
🧲 Replacing the Mounting Tape
If the 3M adhesive weakens over time, replace it with 3M VHB Tape 4991 (0.5 in width) — the same tape that comes pre-installed
Clean the sensor surface with isopropyl alcohol before applying new tape, and make sure it's fully dry before pressing down

Give your sensor a quick once-over before each session to make sure it's firmly mounted
