Why Are My Assets Frozen or Occupied?

Written by Tyson

Account funds are usually frozen for the following reasons:

  1. Running trading bots will lock the funds, making them unavailable for use until the bots are closed..

  2. Manually placed unfilled limit buy or sell orders will lock the funds until they are completed or canceled.

  3. Running a TWAP strategy will occupy the investment for one week.

  4. Funds allocated in the Earn section—such as Spot-Futures Arbitrage, Earnings, Dual Investment, and Staking—will remain frozen until you redeem them.

You can check which bot or order is currently occupying your assets on the Picol app or website.

App operation step

Open the Picol app and go to [Account] - [Primary Account]. Under “Spot Balance”, select the asset you wish to check, then click [Occupation Status]. It will display a list of running orders and placed orders where your asset is occupied.

Additionally, you can check the historical fund flow to understand where your funds were recently used, as they may still be occupied.
