How to Purchase the Flexible Product?
In APP
Step 1: Download/update and log in to the latest version of the Picol app to access Flexible Products.
Step 2: Click on [Earn] in the bottom menu bar, then click on [Earning] - [Flexible Product] and select your preferred coin.
Step 3: Once you're on the relevant earnings page, click the [Profit] - [Purchase] button, enter the investment amount, and then click [Purchase] again to confirm your purchase.
On Website
Step 1: Open the Picol website, log in to your account, click on [Earn] in the top menu bar, then click on [Earning].
Step 2: Click on [Flexible Product] and choose your preferred coin. Then click [Purchase], enter the investment amount, and click [Purchase] again to confirm your purchase.

Q： How long does it take to yield profit from the Flexible Product?A： The Flexible Product credits profits every hour.
Q： I didn’t receive any profit after one hour of purchase. Why is that?A： During the purchase process, the system shows both the Purchase Date & Time and the Accrual Start Date & Time. The first profit distribution occurs one hour after the Accrual Start Time, not necessarily the purchase time.
Q： Can I release my profits without withdrawing my principal?A： Yes. To release only your profits without redeeming your principal, please use the Release Rewards function. You can find it by going to [More] - [Release Rewards].
Q： Is there any lock-up period for my principal?A： No. There is no lock-up period. You can freely redeem your principal at any time.
Q： How can I compound my profits?A： Profits from the Flexible Product are automatically reinvested to maximize your returns. As long as you don’t release your profits, they will be automatically compounded.
