This only happens AFTER the first 3 photos have been added to your PicPic Social watch folder.

Why am I seeing a DRAFT watermark on my files?

A) You're on the Free Trial and have not subscribed to a plan

B) You're doing a Pay-Per-Event and have not published

A) You're on the Free Trial and have not subscribed to a plan

During the free trial of PicPic Social a DRAFT watermark will be applied to your photos. If you want to use PicPic Social at an event without the DRAFT watermark on your images, than you need to enter your Payment Information and Update Subscription.

How to start a plan and remove the draft watermark:

  1. Login to your dashboard - Click here to login.
  2. Add your payment information - Click here to add your billing info.
  3. Select a subscription that best suits your needs - Click here to update your subscription.
  4. Publish your event - Press the green PUBLISH button to the right of the event that you would like to remove the DRAFT watermark from.
  5. Update the device server on your PC - Open the PicPic Social Device Server and press UPDATE so it downloads the event latest settings.

B) You're doing a Pay-Per-Event and have not published

Your photos will have the DRAFT watermark on them until you Publish the event. Publish the event in the PicPic Social Online Dashboard and then press Update on the PicPic Social Device Server so that your new event settinsg are downloaded.

How to publish your event and remove the DRAFT watermark:

  1. Login to your dashboard - Click here to login.
  2. Confirm that your event date is correct - otherwise your photos will say DATE PENDING
  3. Publish your event - Press the green PUBLISH button to the right of the event that you would like to remove the DRAFT watermark from. If you have not entered your Payment Information then you will be prompted to enter your billing info.
  4. Update the device server on your PC - Open the PicPic Social Device Server and press UPDATE so it downloads the event latest settings.

C) Troubleshooting

  • Why do my photos still say DRAFT after following the steps? - Press update on the Device Server again and then force close + reopen the PicPic Social sharing station application that you are using to see the changes immediately reflected. If you still see a DRAFT watermark review the steps above and contact customer support so that we can assist you. 
  • Why do my photos say DATE PENDING after publishing? - Your event date is incorrect and is either in the future or the past. Contact customer support so we can change the date for you. If customer support is not available and you need to use the event immediately, create a new event and contact support during normal business hours (Monday through Friday from 9am to 9pm EST). We will refund you for the incorrect event that you published by mistake.
