Selecting the ... icon next to a Session and selecting Summary will open the Session Summary page. The name of the corresponding course will be temporarily added to the side menu, meaning that you can quickly return to the record if you navigate away from it.
The following details are shown for the session:
Course Name – Selecting this will take you to the corresponding Course Summary page.
Session Date
Time
Tutor
Room – Selecting this will take you to the corresponding Room Summary page.
Classroom
Guided Learning Hours (GLH)
Status – This will be either Live or Dormant.
The remaining details for the session are divided into three tabs: Attendance, Files, and Resources.
Attendance
The Attendance tab list the learners or applicants Enrolled onto the course. For each enrolment, the following details are shown:
Enrolee name
Enrolment ID
Actual Guided Learning Hours (GLH) – This shows the hours actually recorded, rather than those set as the session GLH.
Attendance Value – These can be maintained in Custom Attendance Value Configuration.
Filtering the Attendance List
The only available filtering option here is the Number of Records Displayed drop-down menu. Once you have made your choice, press Enter or select the green search button to run the search and apply your filters.
Exporting the Attendance List
Selecting More also shows an option to Export to Excel. Selecting this will generate an Excel Spreadsheet containing the details currently displayed in the list.
Attendance Actions
Selecting Edit Attendance will open the Attendance Recording window.
Files
This tab displays any files attached to the session. For each file, the following details are shown:
Filename
Description
Created date and time
Last Modified date and time
Filtering the Files List
The following searching and filtering options are available by default above the list. Once you have entered the necessary details, press Enter or select the green search button to run the search and apply your filters.

Selecting More also shows an option to Export to Excel. Selecting this will generate an Excel Spreadsheet containing the details currently displayed in the list.
Adding File Attachments
Selecting Add File will open the Add File window. Here you can enter the Description for your file attachment, and either drag and drop a file into the box or select it to browse for the file. Once you are finished, select Save to finish.
File Actions
Selecting the ... icon by a file will show the following options:
Download
Edit – This will open a window where you can edit the Description for the file. When you have made your changes, select Save to finish.
Delete – This will remove the file attachment. You will be prompted to confirm before the attachment is deleted.
Resources
This tab displays any learning resources that are required for the session. For each resource in the list, the following details are shown:
Code
Resource Type – These are maintained in Resource Type Configuration.
Name – Selecting this will take you to the corresponding Resource Summary page.
Filtering the Resource List
The following searching and filtering options are available by default above the list. Once you have entered the necessary details, press Enter or select the green search button to run the search and apply your filters.
Type – Here you can either enter text to search by recourse type or choose one from the drop-down menu that appears when the field is selected.

Assigning Resources
Selecting Assign Resources will open a window where you can use the tickboxes to choose which resources you want assigned to the session. Only resources with the status Live will be available, though you can change the status when Editing the Resource. Select Save to finish.
