Selecting Users and Permissions from the side menu will open the User List.
This page shows PICSWeb users and associated details. For each user, the following details are shown:
Full Name
Email address – Selecting this will open a new email to the address in your email server.
Status – This will be either Live or Dormant.
Filtering the List
The following searching and filtering options are available by default above the list. Once you have entered the necessary details, press Enter or select the green search button to run the search and apply your filters.
Search – Here you can search by user name.
User Type – Here you can filter the list to Users as well as Learner, Applicant, Employer, Group or System users.
Number of records – Here you can use the drop-down menu to choose how many results are displayed per page.
Along with these, additional fields can be added by selecting More. Choosing a field will add it to the top bar, where it works like the filters explained above. The following fields are available:
Is Supervisor – This will show only users with supervisor status.
Exporting the List
Selecting More also shows an option to Export to Excel. Selecting this will generate an Excel Spreadsheet containing the details currently displayed in the list.
User Actions
Selecting the ... icon by a user in the list will give the following options:
Summary – This will open the corresponding User Summary page.
Edit – This will open a window where you can Edit the User.
Delete – You will need to confirm your choice before you can delete the user.
