Once a learner's programme has come to an end, you will need to process this end in their record.
Programme ends are managed in the PICS Episode End tab in the learner's ILR Programme Summary. If no episode end details have been entered, a button to End Now will be available.
Selecting this button will open a window where you can enter the necessary episode end details.
Once you have entered the necessary details, select Save. The following changes will be made to the main details section of their Learner ILR Summary:
Their Programme Status will change to Ended.
The specified date will be set as their Programme Actual End Date.
The specified End Type will be added to their Start and End Type field.
Once you have ended the learner's programme, you will need to go to the Learning Aims tab and end each aim.
