If you want to change certain details in a learner summary, but you are not authorised to edit the learner yourself, you can make a change request for an authorised user to make the change.
To do this, open the relevant learner summary and go to the Change Requests tab.
Selecting Create Change Request in from the top-right corner of the tab will open a window where you can specify the Change Type and enter the necessary information in the Description field.
Once you have finished, select Save to confirm the request or Cancel to discard it. The request will be added to the tab in the learner summary as well as the overall change request list.
