Off-the-job hours for your learners can be recorded in the Contact and Learning Hours tab in the relevant learner summary.
Selecting Add Learning and Contact Hours in the tab will open a window where you can enter the necessary details for the hours. Make sure that the On Job Type is set to Off-the-Job.
Once you have entered the necessary details, select Save to add the off-the-job hours to the learner record.
