Setting up a meeting with a learner

If you need to organise a meeting with a learner, you can do so from the learner summary.

Underneath the learner's name, select the calendar icon to open the Create Appointment window. The officer record linked to your user account will be set as the Organiser and the learner will be added to the Attendees field.

Once you have entered the necessary details, the following options are available from the Save button:

  • Save – This will save the appointment and return you to the learner summary

  • Save and View – This will save the appointment and take you to the appointment summary page.

Any meetings that have already been recorded or scheduled for the learner can be viewed in the Calendar tab of their learner summary.
