Adding subcontractor organisations

You may need to add organisation records to represent companies which are either the head office or subcontractor to other organisations. If this is the case, you can link different organisation records together to reflect this arrangement.

You will need to create the head office organisation first and then link any subcontractor organisations to the head office. To do this, open the organisation summary of the subcontractor and select Edit from the top-right corner of the page.

In the edit window, find the Head Office field and either search or scroll the drop-down menu to find the head office organisation to link. Select the organisation to add it to the field and select Save to finish.

Now that you have added the head office, it will be shown in the Organisation Details section of the organisation summary. In the head office organisation summary, all subcontractor organisations are shown in the Offices tab.
