Processing a learner change request

If you are a user with permissions to edit learner details, users who do not have these permissions may have made requests for certain details to be changed. There are two ways to view if any requests have been made:

  • To view all change requests, select Learners > Change Requests from the side menu.

  • To view change requests for a specific learner, open the learner summary and go to the Change Requests tab.

Once you have found a request that you want to process, select ... > Details to open a window containing the request details and any necessary file attachments.

Some requests will need to be approved before you can action them. In these cases, buttons will be available to Authorise or Reject the request. Either option will show an Admin Notes field where you can enter your reasons for the decision.

Once the request has been authorised (if necessary), go to the relevant area of the learner summary and make the change. Once it has been done, return to the details window and select Action.

In the next window, enter any necessary Admin Notes and select Action to save the updated request.
