Selecting Create in the Workflow List will open a window where you can enter a Title for the new workflow and choose whether it is for an Applicant, Learner, or Opportunity. If a workflow already exists for the record type you will not be able to create another one.

Once you have entered the necessary details, select Save. This will add the new workflow to the list.

Then go to the Workflow Summary for the new workflow to view the Transitions that make up the workflow.

To add a new transition, first locate the status in the list that you want the transition to be available from. Selecting Add Transition from underneath this status will open the Create Transition window.

In this window, you can enter the Name for the transition and the To status, which will be the new status given to the record once the transition is completed. When you have entered these details, select Save to add it to the list.

Once you have added all the necessary transitions, select View Diagram to see all the statuses and transitions that make up your workflow.
