WARNING: This tool should only be used to change a standard that was entered in error, and not if a learner's standard has actually changed during their programme.
If the wrong apprenticeship standard has been entered for a learner, it is possible to correct this without having to create a new learner record.
To use this feature, go to the learner's ILR Summary and select Actions > Change Apprenticeship Standard from the top-right corner of the page.
In this window, you can choose the New Standard Code to match the actual standard being delivered. Selecting Save will update the learner record and all relevant Learning Aims.
