In order to view the evidence files stored against a learner record, you will need to make sure that the View Learner Delivery permission has been ticked for your user account.
If this permission is set, you can open a learner record from the Learner List and go to the Delivery Plan from the side menu.
The Evidence tab in the Delivery Plan will list any evidence files that have been attached against the learner. You can also upload new files and download existing ones in this tab.
