In order to upload evidence files against a learner record, you will need to make sure that the View Learner Delivery and Edit Learner Delivery permissions have been ticked for your user account.

If this permission is set, you can open a learner record from the Learner List and go to the Delivery Plan from the side menu.

The Evidence tab in the Delivery Plan will list any evidence files that have been attached against the learner.

To upload a new evidence file, select Actions > Upload. In the upload window, enter the following details:

  • Title

  • Methods – You can search the list for methods to attach. More than one method can be specified. Selecting the X icon by an added method will remove it from the field.

  • File

Once you have done this, select Upload to open the create evidence wizard. This process is made up of the following steps:

  • Evidence Links - Here you can link the evidence item in support of different items in the learner's delivery plan. The items are split into Achievements (qualifications, units, outcomes and criteria) and Target Scope items.

  • Off the Job - Here you can log any off-the-job hours that are supported by the evidence item.

  • Signatures - Here you can choose whether signatures from the learner and officer are required to verify the evidence.

Once you have finished, you will be taken to the Finish section, which will confirm that the evidence item has been created. Select Finish to close the wizard.

You can also link to the new evidence file from the following locations:

  • Qualification Summary

  • Unit Summary

  • Outcome Summary

  • Criterion Summary

  • Target Scope Summary

  • Delivery Component Summary
