How do I use my own custom provisions?

As well as the standard inbuilt provisions, it is possible to create custom provisions for any additional factors that you would like taken into consideration when vacancy matching. These provisions can be linked to learners, applicants, organisations and vacancies in the same way as others.

You will need Database Admin permissions to maintain custom provisions. If you have this permission set, you will be able to access Configuration > Lists and Types > Custom Provisions from the side menu. In this page, you can view any custom provisions that have already been set up.

To add a new custom provision, select Create and enter the Code and Description for the new provision.

Once you have finished, select Save. The new provision will now be available to link to records and include in the vacancy matching process.

For more information, take a look at the full help page for Custom Provisions in Configuration.
